BEE CEE'S SEASONINGS
Owner, Craig Nelson has been in the restaurant and catering industry for over 35 years. Craig’s son Bradford C. Nelson encouraged his dad to open Bee Cee’s Authentic Barbecue and Seasonings restaurant, due to the overwhelming response received from catering, preparing individual seasonings, briskets, and sauce sales. The business is named after his son, Bradford Cornell Nelson also known as "Bee Cee".

We are a small family-owned business that is operated with the standards of a large corporation. Craig believes that you must nurture your food to gain the taste that it deserves. He cooks all of our meats slowly to tenderize, adding the flavor they deserve. Our original special sauce, rub, and seasoning providing a food experience like no other and we can't wait to share it with you!
We are proud to say that we take cooking and representing the Kansas City Style barbecue very seriously. We want our customers to experience and enjoy our food as much as we enjoy preparing food.
